Gas Installation/Safety Record form. Pad of 50 sets (three forms in each set)

Description

The engineer/operative can identify on the form the type of work carried out on an installation/appliance by ticking the appropriate box, ie. Safety Check, Installation, Servicing, or Repairs to the Installation or Appliance. A full record of the work carried out and findings can then be recorded. Up to 6 appliances can be listed on the form.
The forms come as a set of 3 (NCR) and 50 sets to a pad. They are colour coded to identify which copy goes to whom. 'White' to the customer or landlord. 'Blue' to the tenant (if required). 'Pink' to the engineer/operative. The forms are sequentially numbered for traceability. Notes on the completion of the form are printed on the inside cover of each pad of forms.
An optional leatherette folder, with interior A4 clip and multipockets, designed for the Gas Installation/Safety Record Form, is also available (P/N 10731).
